Ingredients
2 Tablespoons sugar
2 Handfuls of Dried Chrysanthemum Flowers (about 50 flower-heads)
500ml Water
Preparation
1. Boil the water
2. Add the flowers, simmer for 2 minutes.
3. Filter out the flower heads, add the sugar and stir to dissolve.
4. Leave to cool, serve over ice.
